Dank für alle Fische


I haven't done any trading for ages...

The Bot is still ticking over on a VPS and paying for my beer and a few toys.

Will be working (skiing) in France until April so unlikely to be able to do much manual trading before Easter even if I wanted to.

I may or may or may not decide to have a look at In Running trading again in the summer depending what I'm doing and where I am.

I'll still be on The Geeks Toy forums, but I think the blog has served it's purpose and there's nothing else to add to it, so it won't be updated any more.

Thanks for reading and I hope some of it has been useful over the last few years.

  2. Just finished reading your comments from when you started the blog, you mention you have a bot, do you plan to sell it on, and will you only post from now on in the forum.

    Unfortunately I won't be selling the bot.

    It only pulls in about £500 a month at the moment with a 2k bank, but I'm building the bank and increasing the stakes. But there's a limit to how much it can make due to the liquidity in the markets and the strategies it uses.

    Selling it wouldn't really work as there would be too much competition for the money it can make and I'd rather just take the profits from the bot than sell it and have people complaining if it stopped working due to too many people doing the same thing.
